It's never good to start blind. Let’s map out the projects you are working with and how they align to your strategy. We can even calculate the potential waste and ROI of adopting product operations in your company by calculating your strategic drift.

Often, your team will spend a ton of time coming up with ideas of what to implement in their roadmaps. The reality is that usually many ideas will come to your PMs in different formats: customer requests, sales requests, support tickets, and new technology development.
