I've been there

I wasn’t always a consultant. I was a product manager — and later a product leader — buried under a mountain of priorities. Managing teams, handling requests, putting out fires. I was busy all the time… but when I looked back, I realized that most of what we had built didn’t move the needle for the business.

That really bugged me.

So I started digging into the root causes. Why were we building the wrong things? What was getting in the way? Over time, I started spotting patterns — and testing ways to fix them.

Eventually, I developed a simple framework that helps teams assess where they are, get aligned fast, and start making real progress — without adding more stress or process overhead.

And let me be clear: this doesn’t mean that 100% of your efforts will suddenly drive business impact. That’s not realistic — and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling magic. This isn’t just a process shift; it’s a mindset shift. And scaling that across a large organization takes time.
